The main advantage is that it is cloud based hence we can have a ready backup and data can be accessed anywhere. Also, compliance management is easier compared to other products in the same category. **What do you dislike about BFrame System?** The support quality can be better. During critical downtime and business-stopping scenarios, it takes a while to engage the support team. The SLA for this can be improved. Also, the software has more capabilities, which we look forward to in further updates. **Recommendations to others considering BFrame System:** Bframe is a good tool if your organization size is small and you need an initial setup to get started. **What problems is BFrame System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using BFrame, we have automated the process of sending reminders to our customers via system notification 5 days before their due date. We have achieved this using workflow. We have also formulated monthly automated jobs to give us analytical insight which helps us make crucial decisions. ### 2. It provides end to end solutions designed for Windows. It is easy to use. It is cloud based. **What do you dislike about BFrame System?** Only Bookmarks are the only top level pages. The use of too many frames can put a high workload on the server. Older browsers do not support frames. Navigating through a site that uses frames can be a problem. **What problems is BFrame System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Handling bankruptcies, disputes, questions, etc without typing up an agent which will keep consumers up to date with automated emails and text messages.
