What do you like best about Beyond?

What do you dislike about Beyond?

Every time I think of something they can improve, it becomes a reality within a year or less. Most recently is the events that influence our rates. We can now see what those events are which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beyond?

Beyond pricing never made it clear that Airbnb’s Smart Pricing would override their service, making it useless. On top of that, their support team was rude and dismissive when I raised the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We understand how frustrating it can be when Airbnb’s Smart Pricing is still active alongside Beyond. While we do our best to inform users of the importance of disabling other pricing tools for Beyond to work as intended, we’ll take your feedback as an opportunity to make this even clearer during onboarding.

In your case, our records show that your listing was actively connected to Beyond at the time of the bookings in question, which is why our standard fees applied. Our support team also followed standard procedure and provided supporting documentation when the dispute was raised through PayPal, which ultimately ruled in our favor after reviewing the evidence.
