And personal emails would be a great add on. Using a waterfall approach allows us to ensure the best results from a collective group of vendors. A lot of small companies, service providers and especially sole proprieters use Gmail etc as a B2B email listed on their website so excluding those are a bit disappointing in my opinion. **What problems is BetterContact solving and how is that benefiting you?** BetterContact provides us with data enrichment from multiple sources under a single subscription. You think, paying $400 for 10k credits and you enrich a list of 10k leads. At the end you find that it cost you 8k credits - found 8k emails, and from that 5k are good emails and 3k are catchall. So, at the end you are only getting 5k verified leads for outreach after spending 8k credit. So it cost you $320. The effect on our MRR was incredible. **What do you dislike about BetterContact?** Hope they will offer phone enrichment soon, but they said it’s on their agenda **What problems is BetterContact solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve the low enrichment problem basically every B2B company faces. Aggregating all of these data sources in one is golden, and they also verify them at the same time - bounce rate is extremely low. ### 32.
