What do you like best about PM3?

PM3 is not just a Project Portfolio Management tool but a highly cost-effective and intuitive solution, including PM3 Learn, all PM templates, webinars and project management courses to successfully deliver simple and complex projects and programmes. It is easy to implement and configure and provides sophisticated dashboards, and over 100 out-of-the-box reports which integrate with PowerBI, saving time, improving resource efficiency, and increasing stakeholder confidence. Another benefit is that Bestoutcome consistently partners with their clients, enabling them to understand their requirements and provide excellent responses. What do you dislike about PM3?

It is difficult to find anything to dislike about PM3! Over the five years I have been involved with implementing the solution with numerous clients, I have seen many positive enhancements and updates which have been added as part of the improvement roadmap. What problems is PM3 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that PM3 is solving is providing a consistent way of initiating, developing and delivering projects and programmes. Each client I have worked with to implement PM3 has been able to reduce the risk of project failure by ensuring that the PMO and all project and programme resources adopt the PM3 approach to project delivery.
