Best Practice Engine (BPE) is a very powerful tool for identifying and measuring gaps in our software development practices. We implemented BPE to ensure our code reviews are performed quicker and our code reviewers are able to focus more on the design aspects of the code they are reviewing. With the large number of update sets we complete on a daily basis, it is very important for us to be able to accurately and quickly perform code reviews.
