
Bento is an intuitive, easy-to-use tool for customer onboarding. What started as a small trial quickly became a company-wide excitement to integrate Bento into all our customer comms. We are now beginning to set up Bento for everything from subscription-specific onboarding to training reinforcement for advanced users.
Bento became a quick hit with Engineering when it became clear how little work was needed on their end (outside of the initial integration). Also, engagement is significantly higher than with our general newsletter communications. We're excited to see how Bento helps us continue to drive customer adoption! No major dislikes. There has been a normal amount of bugs/initial deployment questions, but the Bento team has quickly addressed any issues that have come up. In terms of future roadmap, I'm excited to see Bento continue to build more robust reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
