Benson HR Reviews & Product Details

Benson HR is HR and compliance software built for home health agencies. It tracks every compliance item an agency requires, for every employee and contracted worker, on one grid that is always current: licenses, certifications, TB tests, trainings, background checks, driver's license and auto insurance, or anything only your agency asks for. Each item carries its own renewal period and the job titles that need it. Automatic reminders go to each person before an item expires, on the day, and until it's fixed, with a private link to upload the new document from their phone. No app, no login. Connect your Microsoft 365 mailbox and reminders go out from your agency's own address. Uploads are read, dated and filed into the personnel record; you approve every document yourself or let clear ones file on their own. Onboarding sends a new hire one link that collects their documents and signed forms, filed and tracked from day one. OIG exclusion screening checks every active person against the official OIG list and re-checks on each monthly release, with proof filed per person. Pay rates, visit types, reports and a compliance snapshot for any date complete the personnel file. Import your existing tracker to start. One monthly price per agency ($495/month for up to 100 people on record), unlimited office users.
