Being able to drill down by location is a very helpful tool. **What do you dislike about BenefitHub?** It can be a challenge for someone in a rural setting to take advantage of some saving opportunities; limiting savings to online purchases. **Recommendations to others considering BenefitHub:** We're all trying to find ways to save money and Benefit Hub is set up to help us do just that. Every dollar adds up! **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefit Hub is actively helping our employees save money on every day purchases, travel, and so much more! We wanted our staff to see savings that go beyond the basic benefit package, and Benefit Hub has delivered. The cash back and cash out option is a plus! ### 2. The team they gave us has been nothing short of stellar. **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** My non profit coalition of union members with over 350,000 strong and growing had a different vendor that simply didn't understand who we were and what our mission was alll about. They provide great benefits and access to so many vendors, content and rewards programs. One of the best benefit portals I have used. **What do you dislike about BenefitHub?** There is really not much to dislike. The benefits and vendor discount programs are very similar to other benefit programs, The app access and portal content setup is good, but nothing unique. **Recommendations to others considering BenefitHub:** BenefitHub is a strong company that offers excellent benefits to US employees. They have been in business for over 20 years and provide exciting new benefits to their clients, everything from home improvements to travel. **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** All day, every day benefits at your fingertips. Simple, easy access for all your benefits in one easily accessible portal, providing discounts, benefits and rewards. ### 6. Employees struggle with the technical requirement for them to access their information. **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** less paper printing and mailing of earnings statements. ### 7. It was clear that either Benefit Hub did not vet the vendor and I signed up for a scam OR Benefit Hub sold my data to scammers. **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee benefits system although I haven't heard many people use the system successfully ### 8. Needs to be updated. **What problems is BenefitHub solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you can find a store that is on BenefitHub, you can get good deals plus cashback. ### 9. It also gives me cash back for any offers I claim so that I can continue to save money. **What do you like best about BenefitHub?** I like the usability of the software. The layout makes it easy for me to search for things I need, and also to explore discounts within more general categories.
