Belongity Reviews & Product Details

Belongity by OrgOrbit is a community management app for temples, devotee communities, spiritual organizations, NGOs, samaj associations and political offices. It brings every member, volunteer and donor into one database that the organization controls, and links them in a living org tree that shows who leads whom, from the head of the organization to the newest member. Each organization defines its own member types, such as devotee, volunteer, donor, patron, life member or committee member, with joining questions for each. Members join from their phone, so the directory stays current without manual data entry. Messages reach the whole community or a filtered group, by role, area, city or interest, without WhatsApp templates or approval waits. Leaders can broadcast a voice call in their own voice to thousands of people at once, send tasks to volunteers using the same filters, and hold live sessions for every member. Members can verify their identity with an ID check inside the app. Belongity also covers events and festivals with tickets and passes, memberships and recurring support, donations and crowdfunding, bookings, courses and tests, and a shop. Donations from supporters an organization brings in itself carry no platform fee from Belongity; the payment provider's own charges apply. Tax receipts such as 80G remain the organization's responsibility, and Belongity records every donation so they can be issued. The app works on Android, iPhone and the web, in English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu. Organizations start on the shared Belongity database for free at any size, and can move to their own private database, their own branded app on iOS, Android and the web, or their own marketplace as they grow. The organization's data stays its own and is never sold.
