BeLazy is the core infrastructure for effectively harmonizing language operations across multiple types of systems for the translation and localization industry. The all-in-one connection/pipeline for multi-platform translation projects. **What do you like best about BeLazy?**

The TMS automations we've built inside BeLazy have saved us hundreds of Project Management hours over the last few years. Specifically, the ability to seamlessly manage projects on external customers' TMS from our own TMS, without the need to manage the same project on both sides, has been a gamechanger for us.

**What do you dislike about BeLazy?**

The way the system is built means that it's fairly rigid and limited in scope to handling TMS workflows. However, nowadays it's becoming ever more important to connect and integrate other tools (AI providers, for example) into these workflows and that is currently not possible in BeLazy.

**What problems is BeLazy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's mostly saving us a lot of Project Management time dealing with the same project in two different platforms: the customer's TMS and our own TMS. 
On the processes that we've automated with BeLazy, the PMs no longer need to use the customer portal at all, the information is transferred automatically into our TMS and all the Project management is done there,. The data is always synced between both systems.

**What do you like best about BeLazy?**

I like the graphics preview in BeLazy; it's useful to have an idea of the workflow of each account. The BeLazy team is great at patiently addressing our concerns or problems. I find the tool very useful and intuitive, especially for basic settings. The initial setup process was smooth, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy. My team and I enjoy the whole experience of working with BeLazy. BeLazy allows us to process a great volume of tiny projects efficiently and error-free, and it has consistently solved problems for us.

**What do you dislike about BeLazy?**

Nothing, I'm a happy user :)

BeLazy automates processes to connect client platforms with Plunet, helping us process a great volume of tiny projects efficiently and error-free. It provides a smooth setup that's simple even for non-tech users.

**What do you like best about BeLazy?**

What I like best about BeLazy is that it automates tasks we used to do manually, reducing the risk of human error and making our processes much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about BeLazy?**

While BeLazy is great for standard workflows, it can be less flexible when dealing with exceptions or special cases. I also think the pricing is relatively high for the level of customization currently available.

**What problems is BeLazy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BeLazy solves the problem of repetitive manual tasks by automating them. This saves time, improves efficiency, and reduces the chances of human error in our daily work.
