Having built TMS automations inside the product, this reviewer reports significant time savings in project management. The system's rigidity limits its ability to integrate with other tools, which is increasingly necessary.

The Belazy environment is pretty intuitive as well. Open connectivity of their system that allow us to further tailor their features thanks to integrations. While there is transparency regarding token usage, it would be useful to have a way to monitor token consumption in real-time.
You can create some basic to medium rules but for more complex rules you need to go through an external system compatible with Belazy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We were able to automate two of our more complex workflows by using a BeLazy integration. The setup is really straightforward and there are numerous customizations options so you can cover most use cases.
As with any other software, it takes a bit of getting used to if you want to automate more complex or customer-specific workflows. Luckily, alongside the standard web interface, BeLazy also offers API connections that can give you even greater flexibility. Speed is a bit of a concern. One clearly notices that the system has been built with robustness in mind. If you accept multiple projects at the same time, the tasks are smartly queued, but you also have to wait for even an hour or two until a project is fully created in your BMS (Plunet, in our case).
For some of the functions the automation depends on the direction of the TMS-to-BMS mapping. I don't particularly blame BeLazy for that, as there certainly are limits imposed by the API capabilities of both the TMS and BMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the graphics preview in BeLazy; it's useful to have an idea of the workflow of each account. The BeLazy team is great at patiently addressing our concerns or problems. I find the tool very useful and intuitive, especially for basic settings. The initial setup process was smooth, even for someone who isn't tech-savvy. My team and I enjoy the whole experience of working with BeLazy.
