Beghou Arc Platform™ Reviews & Product Details

Beghou Arc is a modular commercialization platform for life sciences, designed to support teams from first launch through full commercial scale. Most commercial teams operate across disconnected systems - data, planning, field execution, and reporting live in separate environments. Arc connects these layers into a single operating model, aligning data, workflows, and decisions across the commercial organization. The platform serves as the execution and interaction layer for AI-enabled operations - supporting embedded AI, chat-based interfaces, and workflow-driven experiences across existing systems. Modules are configurable by role, brand, market, and geography, so teams can start with a focused use case and expand over time without rebuilding the foundation. 200+ life sciences clients. 95% year-over-year retention. 100+ pre-built connectors. 2,000+ automated data quality checks. 99.9% uptime, HIPAA-compliant with PHI masking and audit-ready controls. Arc Suite Descriptions: 1. Commercial Planning - Supports forecasting, segmentation, targeting, and territory design from a single model, with scenario modeling and role-specific workflows. Teams can adjust plans as market signals shift without breaking alignment across functions. 2. Field Enablement and Operations - Manages rosters, territories, account planning, and call execution in one system, tied to real-time performance data. Keeps field teams aligned as priorities and market conditions change. 3. Incentive Compensation - Handles compensation design, goal setting, payouts, and reporting in a governed system. Reps see how they’re performing; managers can adjust programs without rebuilding logic. 4. Customer Engagement - Enables coordinated, personalized HCP engagement across field and omnichannel teams by aligning CRM activity, call planning, content, and engagement data into a shared view of each customer. 5. Patient Insight Generation - Tracks patient journeys from diagnosis through treatment, identifies drop-off points and access barriers, and delivers AI-driven context so teams can act on patient trends, not just report on them. 6. Decision Intelligence - Connects commercial, access, and engagement data to reporting, alerts, and embedded analytics. Performance signals are tied directly to workflows so insights show up where decisions are made.
