Provides a way for members to access other member's addresses and phone numbers so that they do not have to keep up with a directory. Members can also submit pictures if they so wish and then people can become acquainted by sight and be more friendly in a person way, especially to new members in particular that come into worship by knowing their names by sight. ### 2. I like the way it works very helpful and amazing. It's decreased my workload a lot. **What do you dislike about Beeze?** It's slightly tricky to work and log in, but we can't point out this software. I believe it's a minor fault that will be sorted. **What problems is Beeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used this software for my small business to email my client with detailed products, and it's working efficiently. I had experienced with numerous software before beeze, but it's more effective. ### 3. I love the features and tools. It's helped a lot through email to dealt with a client. One of the top-notch software is highly recommended, and I love to work with it. ### 4. In the previous company I worked for, we had been searching for easy program and had nothing like Beeze. **What do you dislike about Beeze?** I wish I did not have to sign into app each time- it takes longer. It would be great if we could track attendance and track live guests as well. **What problems is Beeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to send out emails to all at once and never have to worry about if we did not send to one particular client. In the past, we would have to send blind emails and still not be sure we were reaching every customer. ### 8. Its not the best in every details, but for our size church of around 300 we could use it for most everything we needed. The ability to set up automated emails to staff and leaders was also very helpful. **What do you dislike about Beeze?** The volunteer management system was the most lacking and needs quite a few improvements to be effective for helping organize Sunday morning services. **What problems is Beeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used their sign up forms and guest follow up systems most and they were great at helping keep track of people and coordinating events. ### 9. We love the ease of use. All staff feels comfortable running reports... scheduling rooms... accessing data. So different from our last software where only 1or 2 people were experts and all others had to go to them for the data they needed. **What do you dislike about Beeze?** I don't like that I have to sign in to my app every time I open it. A saved password or fingerprint login feature would be a lovely upgrade also Customer support could be a bit slow at responding at times but overall good system **What problems is Beeze solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were tying to work more efficiently and interdependently with the IT team and Beeze helped us do that ### 10.
