Time codes are available in a dropdown menu or are searchable, which is nice when you have a lot of categories. There are modules available to further customize the screens and reports you can see. I also like that it integrates with Google so you can sign in with one account. **What do you dislike about Beebole?** Overall the app is very simple, and adding some more features is not super straightforward - there is definitely a learning curve. For example, using their 'modules' feature and googling around I was able to figure out how to display my calendar in a widget next to my timetracking widget, so I can see side by side and add time based on my calendar events. However, it was not super simple to add, and the integration isn't totally seamless - the widget is stuck at the top of the page with the timetracking vertically next to it so as I get further along in the month (scrolling down) I can no longer see the calendar so I have to scroll up and down. **Recommendations to others considering Beebole:** If you're looking for something that will be relatively easy to use for employees, BeeBole works great. Ease of configuration for numerous tasks and work types. **What do you dislike about Beebole?** Some of the terminology relating to users, persons is a bit confusing, but after some effort, you can set up groups of staff within teams so that there is a hierarchical view of employee work effort. **Recommendations to others considering Beebole:** Try out the trial. You'll be able to understand how the system works and can upload historical time-sheet data to get a sense of the system. **What problems is Beebole solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a software development manager. I need to be able to view my teams work effort across all projects.
