Bectran can be confusing and convoluted. I also do not like that tasks cannot be generated on a Monday, yet when new tasks are generated on Mondays, when you set a follow up task, it auto defaults to Monday. When in reality, that manual task will never appear as all manual tasks are overridden on Mondays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside to using Bectran at this time is that the account summary download does not currently display allowed discounts on invoices. However, Bectran is actively working on adding this functionality for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Bectran is how transformative it has been for our business. It’s genuinely one of the best software solutions we’ve implemented. Honestly, there isn’t anything I can think of that I dislike about Bectran. The system has performed extremely well for our needs, and any questions or small issues that have come up were quickly addressed by their support team. I do wish in the call queue area, when you schedule a follow-up, that it wouldn't send me a new task. I wish it would only send it when I scheduled the follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability collect customer applications that is all encompassing - We collect all information we need, can send out requests for things to the customer, and the customer has the ability to complete requests and things themselves. This has really help streamline the process and makes it more hands on/user driven vs us having to send out those requests. We also have the ability to pull secretary of state reports and credit reports directly from Bectran, which eliminates the need to go on the internet to pull a report, save it, and then attach it to the application. Bectran accepts each application on its own from the customer, but nothing is built in to notify us if that customer has previously completed an application before. You can search by an email address to see if that same email was used to complete previous application. The customer can also login to Bectran and view applications they completed. It would be beneficial if there was a 3rd internal function that grouped applications together that were completed by the same business owner based on their name. It would make it much easier locate applications that belong to the same individual as sometimes business owners will use different business emails for each business location. Then a notification banner could be used to notify the individual reviewing the application of the previous REQ#'s that also belong to this customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The card platform becomes out of sync with our system and is not able to reconcile if another payment method is collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to mirror customer applications as they are working on them to be able to assist customers over the phone. We often have sales reps or customers who encounter issues (many are user error) but it would be convenient to see where exactly they are in the application process to better assist them.
