"Trouble with Certification"

What do you like best about BeaconLive?

Seems to work good but had a problem at the end Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BeaconLive?

At the end of my webinar, there was a participation verification checkbox that was covered by a certificate box. Didn't see the verification checkbox until i had clicked the certification, and it disqualified me for the certificate because of the missed participation checkbox. "Absolutely No Feedback about Your Certificates at the End"

What do you like best about BeaconLive?

There was nothing special about the platform. The ABA platform for on demand webinar is far better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BeaconLive?

1. You did not ask me for the six digit code that NY requires.

2. You did not automatically insert my two states and associated bar numbers.

3. You did not give me immediate access to my certificates.

4. You did not even say what would happen next, i.e. you did not say I would get an email with my certificates.

I have no idea when or whether I will ever get my certificates or whether NY will accept my submittal since you did not ask for the six digit code.

I still have received no email from you regarding my completion of the event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BeaconLive?

Live operators provide personalized support and answer real questions. Our staff and our speakers, all volunteers, get real-time assistance with any issues including technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BeaconLive?

Cost to produce a program is high - but we know for what we are paying. Yes, there are ways to stream content to an audience that are less expensive, but not only do you get a response from Beacon, because you have Beacon staff directly supporting each program there are far fewer problems. What problems is BeaconLive solving and how is that benefiting you?

BeaconLive meets regulatory safeguards for delivering accredited continuing education programs in several industries, ensuring that our programs qualify for credit. If this tracking and verification had to be done manually, it would be nearly impossible given the large number of programs and the wide variety of staff we have producing. I like that all presenters can control the slides without passing control. I also like the private chat feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the questions box was visible on the screen rather than having to scroll down to check for questions. When you scroll down, you can't see the slides unless you scroll back up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
