With the help of their customer support, it was an easy transition. We have found the use of the soliciation suite to be very user friendly, and appreciate that they are constantly adding new features. We have found that we are reaching 3 to 4 times more prospective bidders now that we have switched to Beacon. **What do you dislike about Beacon Bid?** Since the soliciation suite is still relatively new, we are hoping for some more advanced features in the future. Specifically, we are hoping for a more integrated online bidding form to move away from uploading/downloading this form.
