The product overview was thorough yet concise. I appreciated that the trainer focused on the most relevant information and presented it in an easy-to-understand way. The software is very user-friendly—it took less than five minutes to set up an RFP and publish it on our website.

I believe that as our district issues more bids and RFPs, we will see increased vendor interest and stronger responses, ultimately leading to the best options for the products and services we need. I have not required much customer support since the initial implementation, but the team responded very quickly when I did reach out.

The website integration has worked well, and I was able to easily share a link with prospective vendors.
