Bay-masteR has many features that help you maximize profits.Happy with system design and features . **What do you dislike about Bay-masteR?** Cons- seems to be a bit slower, especially when printing. Takes several seconds before the printer starts printing. Has had several glitches that I have had to call tech support about. **What problems is Bay-masteR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like the all in one value. I can track history, payment, statements, inventory, etc all on the same program,this is so easy to use,its interface is also very good. ### 2. It has saved me a lot of money by allowing me to handle all of my text and email marketing, my technical data such as labor times and repair procedures, and ANY of my invoicing needs through their program. I am really glad I found them. Their support is super friendly and very knowledgeable about both the programs and what it is like inside a mechanic shop. The software is very easy to use I would recommend them very very highly. **What do you dislike about Bay-masteR?** Their support hours are only aroudn 8:30 to aroudn 6, which is a little hard for me. **What problems is Bay-masteR solving and how is that benefiting you?** More affordable technical data Easy to use Marketing and text messages Invoicing Billing reports Accounting ### 3. Better than most of the spreadsheet layouts i have used in the past. **What do you dislike about Bay-masteR?** The reporting could be better, only about 15 of them. **What problems is Bay-masteR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like being able to email or text an invoice from in the program. ### 4. The device gives you details about where the product is down to what row, shelf and what position on that shelf. **What do you dislike about Bay-masteR?** I dislike that the software is so slow sometimes but I’m not sure if it’s the devices they are using or the actual software. **What problems is Bay-masteR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’ve realize that it is efficient enough to work with older systems that would cost companies too much money to update.
