For us, Cartha is a great relief in our work. We finally have a very clear and practical solution for our annual planning. Cartha now enables us to have a very detailed and precise overview with just one click. We no longer work with error-prone and confusing Excel spreadsheets. There is the possibility to include our managers through appropriate user profiles, in order to share the numbers, data, and values with them. If you have more than 4-5 monthly hires, it's an absolute no-brainer. I can finally track and share the status of our recruitment company-wide, especially with Finance and the department heads. Which open req has been closed, when will the new colleagues start, and sync all the cost to finance with one click. Before Cartha, we always worked with Excel and ATS exports, and I had to update the leadership team weekly on how we are doing with the hiring plan - manually. Now, I just do a one click overview for the weekly report to management, department heads and finance. Super easy, and saves time. All features I need right now are there. As an interface to Personio, Cartha automatically pulls current personnel data and generates real-time forecasts and planning scenarios.
