BaseLD Reviews & Product Details

BaseLD is land development project management software that connects civil engineers, developers, and jurisdictions on a unified platform throughout the development lifecycle. It centralizes coordination from concept to closeout, eliminating fragmented communication across emails, shared drives, and calls. The platform features a real-time dashboard for visibility into tasks, deadlines, team assignments, and approvals. Document control includes version-controlled plan sets, transmittal logs, and markup history. Submittal workflows let users build packages, route them to jurisdictions, and track comments in structured threads. Task management enables teams to assign, prioritize, and track tasks with automated alerts. Timeline visualization flags delays and maps project phases from pre-application to final approval. In-browser document review supports PDF markup without desktop tools. Cloud-based, it offers a single source of truth for all stakeholders.
