The interface is useful, clean and aesthetic. All core websites and apps are on my sidebar, one click away from switching one to another. The internal "Password Manager" is very useful time saver. Ability to add custom apps is a great feature as well. **What do you dislike about Basaas?** Nothing, this is an excellent free problem solver product. **What problems is Basaas solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm always using different browsers with a lot of tabs simultaneously while working. Having a separate tool for my default everyday use apps/websites is great for organization. After about 15 months of use, Basaas is an integral part of my work. The home page with access to quick tasks keeps my small reminders quickly available to manage and review. **What do you dislike about Basaas?** The browser extension overlay occasionally has conflicts with website overlays, which results in either a website element or the Basaas selector not being visible. The company is continuously improving in this area, and I have problems less frequently with each update. **What problems is Basaas solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have improved my access to multiple organizational accounts, which are not solved well with browser account switchers. This is especially helpful for tools I need to check multiple times per week, but waste space to leave open in my browser. The notifications are awesome, and the ability to customize the apps, makes it the only app I need to keep track of all my communication for business and personal. **What do you dislike about Basaas?** I dislike that it can sometimes eat up a decent bit of RAM space. **Recommendations to others considering Basaas:** If you have tons of different emails you have to keep up with, or tons of google tabs always open with the same thing. Having my daily tasks in front of me with every new tab is very helpful. With Basaas, I keep them in my sidebar and can access them quickly. In my workplace I can add all my apps. I also use the task widget, where I can see all my tasks from Asana and create new tasks, so that I don’t always have to open Asana. It saves time and I always know my todos. With the new Chrome Extension I now can create tasks on every website with a right-click. **What do you dislike about Basaas?** There is nothing I really dislike! For instance, you need to download an attachment before you can view it. Also, interacting with outlook meetings doesn't really play nice with basaas. **Recommendations to others considering Basaas:** There's really no alternative. **What problems is Basaas solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am dealing with multiple business accounts from Microsoft and using them in a central environment.
