**What do you like best about Bangwo8?**

It helps me manage clients. What’s more, I can use the workflow feature to get a clear view of what’s going on in my organization.

**What do you dislike about Bangwo8?**

As a new user of Bangwo8, I sometimes need quite a bit of time to get used to it. To be honest, it’s fairly complex at first, but once you master it, your work becomes much easier.

**What problems is Bangwo8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, our workflow depended on the manager sending emails and WhatsApp messages to employees. People could easily forget, and it was hard to see the work stages clearly. With bangwo8, we can handle everything through the app and allocate jobs more clearly.
