BakeryFlow Reviews & Product Details

BakeryFlow is a pre-order management platform built for home bakers, cottage food businesses, and small bakeries. It gives bakers a dedicated storefront where customers can browse menus, place orders, and pay upfront — before a single item is baked. By centralizing orders, payments, and pickup scheduling in one place, BakeryFlow eliminates the back-and-forth of Instagram DMs, spreadsheets, and manual payment collection that most home bakers rely on today. Bakers can create product drops with quantity caps to control production, automatically generate bake lists from confirmed orders, and track every order through to pickup. The platform supports multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards via Stripe, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and cash. White-labeled customer notifications keep buyers informed without exposing third-party branding. BakeryFlow is designed for bakers who want to run a professional pre-order operation without the overhead — so every bake day is sold out before it starts.
