Baja Nearshore’s pricing model is designed for U.S. companies hiring remote talent across Latin America. We work on a simple success fee basis: 20% of the candidate’s first-year base salary for the first two hires and 15% for each additional hire, with a 90-day replacement guarantee included.

There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. You only pay once you hire, which keeps our goals fully aligned with yours and ensures we find the right talent efficiently and sustainably.
