What do you dislike about BAI?
I don't particularly appreciate that they are not accurate. I have made a note of a couple of examples of these inaccuracies. BAI does not always cover some content on which they test you. In some cases, I had to research on google to understand the background behind the question. I was hoping to find the answers hidden within the course content.
In some cases, I felt the questions were open-ended. Meaning there could be multiple answers. This design made me do some guesswork and lose points. The time estimates on the course were quite optimistic. For instance, a 40 min course took me about 2.5 hours, as I needed to take down detailed notes. It takes an additional 1 hour to take the test, as each question was not just tricky, but in about 30% of the cases, the answer was not in the course material. These courses are so time-consuming that any certifications we receive should be carried over to the next company, where we can use this. Is this possible? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is BAI solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was not really planning to take the BAI courses. This course seems to be a requirement for the job. I could see how this type of coursework could benefit me. But the way BAI packaged this course work, I don't see any particular benefit of taking this course other than the fact; I have some certifications as a result. It might help to learn something from this. I wish there were course material that we could take along with us for a lifetime. And I wish they fixed the problems I have reported.
