I wish there were a way to remove data/files from older backups that I no longer need, when you do this alot, it gets clutters quickly :( **Recommendations to others considering Backup for office 365 Email:** It's great to have a back up....but you cannot remove old data, so be prepared to have a LOT of back up. **What problems is Backup for office 365 Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** I love that I can have a back up for my emails that will not overflow my inbox. The merge over from our privious email servicer flawlessly. ( which was smarter mail.)There were no issues whatsoever. The dashboard was very similar to what we have before but there are so many more features in this program **What do you dislike about Backup for office 365 Email?** The only thing I didn't like about the merge was that my previous contact list was unable to merge into the new platform do I have to manually do it. we still have a lot to learn about this program but it definitely seems to me that it will present a vast improvement in comparison to our current i **Recommendations to others considering Backup for office 365 Email:** Contact list may not merge correctly so make sure important things are saved. The emails only go a certain amount 9f years back and images may not work correctly from old emails. All in all this is a great back up tool and nothing is perfect. **What problems is Backup for office 365 Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are striving to get better communication between IT, our satelite office as well as communication between our local office staff.
