**What do you like best about Backoffice Pro?**

Running sales for VitaFlow Beverages keeps me on the road constantly, visiting retail partners and distributors across the country. I needed someone to handle all the administrative follow-up, order processing, and sales data entry that was honestly becoming impossible to manage while I was traveling. Backoffice Pro came recommended by another sales director in my network, so I decided to give them a shot.

**What do you dislike about Backoffice Pro?**

I've been with them for about six months now and it's been mostly positive. Getting set up was easier than I expected actually. They assigned a dedicated team who took the time to understand our sales processes, our CRM, and how we manage our distributor relationships. I'd say within a couple weeks they were independently handling a lot of the routine work without me needing to micromanage.

**What problems is Backoffice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is just the sheer volume of time it saves me. Before bringing them on, I was spending probably three to four hours every evening doing paperwork and data entry from my hotel room. Now that's reduced to maybe an hour of review and approval. I genuinely don't know how I managed before. They've become pretty integral to my workflow and I rely on them daily during business hours.

**What do you like best about Backoffice Pro?**

The flexibility is probably the best part. It is nice to have a resource that I can tap into when we have a spike in work without having to go through the whole hiring process. We have used them for a few different things now, from data migration projects to just basic administrative support. They are pretty easy to work with and they seem to genuinely try to get it right. I like that they handle the stuff that is important but not necessarily strategic. It allows me to keep my team focused on the things that actually move the needle for our business rather than getting bogged down in data entry. The team is responsive and they communicate well which is huge when you are working with an offshore partner. We have had some bad experiences in the past with other vendors where communication was a struggle, but that has not been the case here.

**What do you dislike about Backoffice Pro?**

I think the main thing is that they are not a magic bullet. You still have to manage them and keep an eye on the quality of the work. Sometimes the output can be a little inconsistent if you have different people working on your account.

**What problems is Backoffice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem is just capacity. We are a growing company and our operational needs are constantly expanding. We needed a way to handle the increasing volume of data and administrative work without constantly adding headcount. They have helped us with data clean up, lead enrichment, and just general maintenance of our CRM. The benefit is that we have been able to scale our operations without scaling our costs at the same rate. It has made our team more efficient and it has allowed us to keep our focus on the strategic initiatives that are driving our growth. My team is happier because they are not spending their days doing boring administrative work. It has been a solid partnership overall.

**What do you like best about Backoffice Pro?**

I've been working with Backoffice Pro for about eight months now through my coaching practice at PitchPerfect Advisors. Before I started using them, I was spending way too much time on administrative tasks that were pulling me away from actually working with my founder clients. What I needed was someone who could handle the backend operations without me having to constantly check in or explain things multiple times.

**What do you dislike about Backoffice Pro?**

Customer support has been responsive when I've needed to make changes or adjust our scope of work. Usually get a reply within a few hours, which for offshore support is actually pretty decent. The main problem they're solving for me is simply time.

**What problems is Backoffice Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I don't love is that sometimes there are slight communication gaps. Nothing major, but occasionally instructions get misinterpreted and I need to clarify things. Also the platform they use for project management isn't my favorite, but I think that's just personal preference more than anything wrong with the service itself. I'd say I use them daily during the work week, and the features I need are all there. Nothing fancy, but it works.
