I find their setup incredibly easy to work with. Their design tools are smart and good-looking. Using them to post my ads is an excellent use of my time and money.

Their website is hard to find somehow and sometimes hard to log in.

Cheating thieves. They had me on auto-renewal. I never used the service after two months and paid the $600, which was my decision, so I wasted ten months. Now they auto renewed, and I was not using the service, so I have thrown away another $600 for a service I hate. Of course, they said no when I asked for a refund. 
ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE MONEY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL, RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. DO NOT, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
I JUST FLUSHED OVER $1000 DOWN THE TOILET.

In a world where I just hope for a timely return phone call or email, Back at You supports its fabulous product 150%. Kudos to Brady for his patient help!

I don't have a thing I dislike. Note that responses will come on the Pacific Time Zone - so be prepared for great help on a little different time frame if you operate on EST , for instance -

As a manager I had to make sure a former employee's email was no longer sending out auto emails. Brady not only easily helped me but assisted me in setting up another email for a new employee. He courteously followed up. I really appreciated that -

One of the things I love about Back At You is that it automatically detects when I have a new listing and prepares an ad for me to post on all social media platforms right away. The convenience that I don't have to come up with a post or remember to do so is beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Back At You?**

One thing I don't really like compared to other CRM and marketing platforms is that Back At You doesn't have a variety of email campaigns for you to set up. I also wish that the social media postings could have color coordination for people trying to brand. My brand colors are black and white. A lot of the postings have been blue, yellow, pink, etc. Also, I do think that some of the videos should be a little more diverse with cultures.

**What problems is Back At You solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Back At You makes running ads on Facebook and Instagram so easy! I find it easier to use Back At You than I do to use Facebook and Instagram directly for boosting ads. I love how you can also sync directly to both with one click. It shows you a report of how your ad did, what audience interacted with the ads, and grabs leads for you also.

Back at You has been a lifesaver for me as a new realtor getting started with all things social for my business!  With so many things to do, having to sit down and plan out postings for social media outlets was such an overwhelming and stressful task, and Back at You has lifted that weight off my shoulders!  It's like I have a Social Media posting assistant working for me!  Knowing that postings can also be reviewed or changed/updated is also awesome!  I can add a personal touch to some when I have time to go in and review them, or even add more social outlets to the post if I want to.   It's really been the best thing that's happened for me in my business that my broker signed up for!

**What do you dislike about Back At You?**

The only thing I would suggest for improvement on Back at you is to add hashtags for postings, especially for postings to Instagram.

**Recommendations to others considering Back At You:**

If you are on the fence about using Back at You, think about the time you spend trying to figure out social media post planning, and think about how you can better utilize that time by having Back at You be your assistant and do it for you!

Back at you has solved the stress and anxiety I had when sitting down and staring at my calendar trying to figure out what to plan for postings to social media outlets daily!   The benefits of not wasting time coming up with ideas for postings, even though I'm a creative person and could easily do it, I realized for this business, that someone else needed to help me out here!  I could then post my own personal posts when I have the time and want to, but I realized I needed to stop wasting time and use my time helping my clients find or sell homes!!  Back at you has solved this problem for me!

I love the leads that Back At You produces. I am in their Diamond Annual plan, and I consistently receive new seller leads that have turned into listings and closings. I get an ROI.  I work closely with Michael Caden and Michael is very strategic with his advice. Michael and Back At You deliver a white glove treatment. Michael helps shine a light on my expertise and I lean on theirs. The product has impressive ease of use and automation. They are always adding on new features and they have the best support team out there.

It saves me so much time! They help me market all my listings on Social Media and they run paid ads to generate Seller Leads from Social Media. These leads have closed! I'm giving Back At You 10 stars, not necessarily for the platform, but specifically for Bradey in the support department.

Bradey in the support department has worked with me day and night to figure out workarounds in Back At You to align with what my company is hoping to accomplish. He thinks out of the box and has been reliable and responsive in working with me to help meet important deadlines. 

As a Realtor® and Marketing Agency owner, I think Back At You offers so many great features such as the open house sign in, QR Code features, CRM capabilities, automated social media posting, postcards, email campaigns created at the agency level for agents to utilize, etc.

**What do you dislike about Back At You?**

None of the features I mentioned above are 100% usable without experiencing some sort of glitch or actually work without some kind of issue.

About 9.9 times out of 10, the support requests I call or email in are sent to the development team and not ever followed up on again unless I call and ask the status.

 I work for a billion-dollar real estate agency with tech-savvy agents, which, are probably not the typical Back At You demographic. 

Presumably speaking, the support Back At You often receives is most likely forgot password requests - which explains the lack of attention to detail in the functionality working from beginning to end.

I feel that the problems, *I* am personally solving with Back At You is actually *for* Back At You and bringing glitches and issues to their Dev team's attention.

The best part for me is I have 1 Coach, he knows my name, he encourages me, applauds my success, and provides positive feedback and redirection when I'm making decisions that are counterproductive or move me away from my desired goals.

I would like to be able to communicate with someone on the chat at the time I'm available, instead of having to wait for a callback that may happen minutes or hours later when I'm unable to answer the phone.  This doesn't happen all the time.

I don't have to try to create content.  I'm able to reuse content, and I'm inspired or reminded of topics that I can create personal videos to coincide with the content listed on the calendar.

I had the pleasure of meeting  Michael Caden.
I want to describe him as a man with patience and also a visionary.  
He distinguished  himself by carefully laying out a great social media strategy .
He set some goals for us to work towards.  He met up with me during our scheduled phone meetings and explained and walked me through  my strategy perfectly.
He helped me make informed decisions.
I would like to give him a 10 star review.
My name is William Jones Jr.  I have been in The Real state game since 2007.  I have carefully developed a good business over the years.  In 2014 I started to realize that I was not where I wanted to be.  It also occurred to me that I needed to expand myself on Social Media.  I set up a Facebook Business Account but to my  chagrin I realized that I was not sure what to do with this Business Facebook Account.     One day a great friend of mine "Chris Teevan"(also a Realtor) told me to talk to his connection at Back at You.   Chris mentioned that my Social Media anxieties would be put to rest.  To make a long story short I had a consultation with a nice man(I forgot his name) and he explained that the workers at Back at You They spend hours upon hours taking classes and learning the newest trends to Social Media.  Thats all they do is acquire knowledge as it relates to Social Media.  I was so stoked to hear this.  I sat there and I thought to myself  "These are the type of support players that I would like to have on my team.  Knowledgeable and creative people in a positive work environment coming up with great strategies to make my life a little bit easier and taking away the stress of figuring out what I should be posting.
I was set-up with a well spoken calm and cool individual named Michael Caden.
As soon as he introduced himself I knew this was going to be good.   This guy exuded confidence.
He explained to me how the system works and what it will do  for me.
Michael carefully put forth a game plan for me.  He asked me questions and he simultaneously took control and he told me that you are now surrounded with solutions.   Michael is the type of guy who you feel comfortable with.  I even confessed to him that I sometimes over think things. He told me not to worry . Many agents do the same thing.
Michael Caden has inspired me to want to knock the socks off of my competition .
Because of Michael Caden I have been turning leads into qualified buyers.   Because of working with Michael I am doing better . I have two buyers which I would not have gotten without Michael's help.   From these two buyers I am creating a pipeline.   I have been approached by other people who have questions about Real Estate.    
Michael Caden is the type of gentleman who you want on your team.
In life you want to surround yourself with people who are more  successful than you  in order to become successful yourself.
Its interesting to note that I have work to do myself.  Michael has recommended that I do some tinkering here and there on my social media which I have not done yet.   My profile is not even complete.   Michael has made some other cool suggestions and recommendations which I have yet to do.  I can only imagine where I would be If I was running at 100%.  
I just wanted to take time out to Thank Michael Caden.  The guy is great.
Being a Real Estate Agent is not a hobby.
Believe it or not its a lifestyle.
Its a great profession.
I am striving to become a much more successful agent.
There is alot of work that I need to do.
But Michael Caden has put me on the right Path.
He should be commended.

Highly recommended .  Social media is a must for any Real Estate Agent who is looking to take things to the next level.

At first I just wanted a basic package.    Michael showed me the video setup and once I saw it I was hooked.  I wanted it right away.   The wow factor is important.
The benefits of eye opening and attention grabbing materials are what I was looking for.
