You can approve and release it really quick. We have all kind of work instructons for our products and production orders. And you can make checklist for the instructions. I really like that! **What do you dislike about Azumuta?** We use Azumuta in our whole production workshop for our product orders, but it doesn't give you a good overview of the product orders... But i think they will fix that sometime. **What problems is Azumuta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Eliminate production erros and do quality checks. And also measure operatoins/production times. ### 2. A lot of possiblities. You can copy easily your workflows and modify them. It works with Ios, Android as well as WIndows. Very Intuitive programming. **What do you dislike about Azumuta?** The last mile is the toughest. Because you have a lot of possibilities you can make it complex. We appreciate the pragmatic and hands-on mindset of the Azumuta people. They are very receptive to our suggestions and even think about how their software can help to further improve our processes. The open structure of the software will enable us to connect with the ERP and make Azumuta the MES application of our assembly department. **What do you dislike about Azumuta?** We chose to introduce Azumuta gradually across the different workstations and assembly lines to experience the added value and payback. The licenses for the users in a supporting role (engineering, supervisors, ...) are expensive which makes it difficult for us to go step by step. **What problems is Azumuta solving and how is that benefiting you?** Novy is a very dynamic company which means that often novelties have to be implemented on the work floor. We also let people grow and evolve in their knowledge and skills. The software has helped us to secure knowledge efficiently and to keep people who have to deal with this new knowledge from making mistakes in the job. ### 4. Documents got lost over time. Different persons were working on it and put it on their own pc or put it in different server-maps. With Azumuta we got all the information in one platform. Al the previous information is also kept in Azumuta and easy to access if you need to go back in time to have information. During demos from azumuta we saw a lot of potential in the different usage of available tabs. It is much more than only making work instructions. We recommended to an customer of ours, and now is using it in their company. Azumuta can tune profiles for the needs of their customer. **What do you dislike about Azumuta?** We could not experience all the potential of Azumuta or experiment with it to see what we also needed or would be interesting for the company. Not everything is complete and they work hard on it to fix it. **What problems is Azumuta solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used excels for keeping logs of downtime of the machines, with Azumuta it was more structured and report are kept better up-to-date. Another example was an unexperienced colleague needed to have information step-by-step for solving issues on the machines or prepare machines, with Azumuta it was easy to give that information to the colleague. Therefor i had more time to concentrate on other complex cases. ### 5. I have worked with other digital shopfloor software that were very outdated and clunky. Azumuta is the opposite of that. It's very modern, intuitive, and has many connections through API's and existing links with WebHooks and even apps like Slack and PowerBI. Anything you can think of that you need to do on the shop floor, they have. **What do you dislike about Azumuta?** The product is still in its early stages and the team has expressed many ambitions to add more functionalities. I believe their challenge will be to keep a focus and deliver excellence at the core functionalities. The product may not work for your business model, since I wouldn't see this working in some industries. Don't start without a demo. **What problems is Azumuta solving and how is that benefiting you?** At my latest client, the shop floor employees missed clear instructions and there was a lack of reporting on quality-related issues. We also had a lot of paper. With the Azumuta app, we made the factory floor paperless and can give much clearer instructions to the staff. ### 6. Our WI are digitalized. This way we work uniform in both our training centers in Genk (B) and Kortrijk (B).
