AwardSpring Donor Management Reviews & Product Details

AwardSpring Donor Management gives scholarship and advancement teams one record for every donor, gift, and fund. Contact history, giving history, and the funds a donor supports sit in the same system that runs the awarding cycle, so fund balances and award activity stay current instead of being reconciled after the fact. Advancement and foundation staff use it to see how each fund is performing, report on impact at the fund level, and identify exactly which students a donor's giving reached. Because the donor record and the award data are on one platform, thanking a donor for a specific student's award does not require exporting from two systems and matching them by hand. The product is built for the offices that own donor relationships at scholarship-granting institutions: community, education, and other nonprofit foundations, advancement offices at two-year and four-year colleges and universities, and corporations and professional associations that administer award programs. It works alongside AwardSpring Scholarship Management on the same data, and it is used by teams managing anywhere from a handful of funds to several hundred.
