Earlier, we were juggling between multiple tools for quotes, bookings, documents, and customer updates. It was messy and time consuming. With CargoEZ, everything is in one place quoting, tracking, CRM, billing, which makes it much easier for my team to manage. The biggest benefit is how simple it is for everyone to use. Even my staff who aren’t very tech-savvy got comfortable quickly. It saves us time, reduces mistakes, and makes communication with customers smoother.
