We run our Office of the President complaints, and AVID helps us track customers’ claims that did not go well. Some are still in progress, so it allows us the opportunity to jump in and try to turn the customer’ negative experience around, and prevents them from reaching out to other social media outlets to express their concerns, e.g. Facebook, Yelp, Consumer Affairs. It gives an overall score, so we know which claims we need to research and which we can utilize for a positive customer testimony. The customer also feels more anonymous than speaking about their experience over the phone, so we are able to get a true indication as to how they are feeling towards our product.
