What do you like best about Avetta?

I love the support provided to both contractors and clients by the Avetta support teams. From implementation, integration, and continued improvement, all teams have been helpful and strive to answer all your questions the first time!

Avetta is also constantly evolving with new features, and stays in line with (if not ahead of) industry trends and requirements.

The platform itself is so easy to navigate, that we have found it easy to even have managers login to answer their own questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

What do you like best about Avetta?

Absolutely nothing. There are far superior platforms with infinitely better customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

Customer service is horrible. Going through their Philippine call center is an exercise in futility, and that's after you've made it through their clunky virtual switchboard. It's almost impossible to get through to anybody in their US office. When you eventually get a response days or weeks later, it's an email with no contact number. Their "safety professionals" that do program reviews apparently don't understand context, if your verbiage doesn't exactly match their reference, they'll reject your program.

I could write another volume on trying to get them to approve an insurance cert. Lastly, their fee structure is ridiculous, worst value proposition in the space. Far more expensive than ISN with less than half the value proposition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
