AVANTRA By Syslink is quite flexible and easy to use, implement and understand tool. In recent, many new Add-Ins library automations were added by syslink like ST03N Dialog Response Time, system copy, system refresh etc...and we are working on them and will roll out soon to our customer MBAG. Not much but yes few points ate there where Syslink needs to improve-
1) Customer Support- Their approach to address the ticket queries raised by customer and response they are providing.
2) Few bugs reported in the tool feature like kernel version detection, agent upgrade and its been like more than months but vendor haven't releases any patch to fix that post promising many times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
