A tool for easier professional management **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Madhur A. | Assistant Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2024 **What do you like best about AutoWay?** What I like about this tool is that it is ideal to facilitate professionals to organize and have control over customer data, allows you to view past actions of customers as well as in terms of internal functions of the company, you can organize inventories with precision and digitally speaking, better efficiency, I also like that it brings technology to more technical areas without being an operational challenge, as it is easy to integrate it into organizations. **What do you dislike about AutoWay?** It is not a widely known tool, that is to say it could be better known so that many more professionals can use it, but in terms of business operations, it works very well. **What problems is AutoWay solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the functions that we have benefited the most is its ability to collect customer data, also since its implementation has allowed us a much more efficient and simplified relationship with customers, it also has an internal messaging system which makes it a tool used by team members. ### 2. No major complaints, which is always a win for car rentals **What do you dislike about AutoWay?** The pickup location was a little out of the way, which was kind of a hassle with luggage. And honestly, the car I got was fine, but it wasn't exactly sparkling clean.
