Spec book docunatiation is speedy and accurate. **What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?** Difficult to customize and differentiate us from our competition. Support service level has dropped dramatically. There seems to have been a big churn in people. ERP integration is difficult. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accuracy speed and a professional look in our documents. Not being able to list different discounts for various products within a manufacturer's list. Some items might get 50% off and some within the same manufacturer, might get 50/5% but you can't show different discounts. Removing the AQPolice! This was a very helpful tool users could use to catch errors and have AQ check with the factory to make corrections. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can generate quotes for small or major projects within hours or days. I can update old quotes instantly with constantly changing prices. I can print a spec sheet for a customer instantly and give them pricing. AQ is a valuable tool for any dealer in foodservice. Virtually every piece of foodservice equipment on the market, including specs, prices, discounts, and freight estimates is immediately accessable and easily put into a professional-looking proposal. ### 4. There are occasional times when the program sticks or hangs up, but back support is quick. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** AutoQuotes allows me to quote quickly or offer alternatives. It can turn a quote into an Invoice in a matter of seconds. Customers like quick responses to their requests, and AutoQuotes provides me with the tools to adequately provide them with pricing and options ### 5. This may be a setup issue. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** I send a lot of quotes every day and it keeps them well organized and accessible. I can quote, match and search products and send info with ease. I like the ability to customize reports. **What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?** The only minor things are 1) I don't like not being able to copy and paste customers' information from the Contacts list (sometimes if I am emailing someone new, it is easier to copy and paste rather than try and type it from memory). 2. If creating PO's, it should be easier to copy and paste "Buyer Info" to other fields. Especially if the ship to is different. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Auto Quotes is a business enhancement tool for us. We can create complicated quotes in a matter of minutes. When I first started at my job, AQ was new on the scene and we still had a manual Excel Spreadsheet we did quotes on. I wish there were more manufactures that supported this aspect of AQ. **What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?** AQ App allows me to answer quick coordination questions in the field to expedite construction. I am also able to provide quotes when traveling, as well as answer questions and send reports, invoices, ect. Allowing for better communication throughout the design build process. Time is my most precious commodity and this program is a huge time saver. ### 9.
