What do you like best about AutoQuotes?

"Improving your sales opportunities using AutoQuotes"

What do you like best about AutoQuotes?

Quickly being able to look up products in the industry, getting and printing spec. sheets, placing into quotations or just keeping up with the current offerings by manufacturers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?

Not showing upfront that a product must include a Surcharge. Not being able to list different discounts for various products within a manufacturer's list. Some items might get 50% off and some within the same manufacturer, might get 50/5% but you can't show different discounts. Removing the AQPolice! This was a very helpful tool users could use to catch errors and have AQ check with the factory to make corrections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can generate quotes for small or major projects within hours or days. I can update old quotes instantly with constantly changing prices. I can print a spec sheet for a customer instantly and give them pricing. AQ is a valuable tool for any dealer in foodservice. What do you like best about AutoQuotes?

I've found AQ to be an invaluable tool in preparing quotes and proposals as well as researching available equipment options to find the best possible items to fit each customer's individual needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?

The only negative that I can think of is that AQ eliminated their "Kitchen Police" program which offered users a $10 reward for any mistake found in equipment descriptions, specs, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No longer a simple way to get corrections made since Kitchen Police was dropped and I see more and more mistakes happening. I have an URGENT problem that I wrote to support yesterday afternoon and have yet to get a response in almost 24 hours . this is an AQ Mistake that cost me 1000's of dollars! What do you like best about AutoQuotes?

Auto Quotes makes my Life as a Rep super easy! I can quote, match and search products and send info with ease. I like the ability to customize reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?

The only minor things are 1) I don't like not being able to copy and paste customers' information from the Contacts list (sometimes if I am emailing someone new, it is easier to copy and paste rather than try and type it from memory). 2. What do you like best about AutoQuotes?

I truly appreciate the access to manufactures specification sheets, cad blocks, and critical utility information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AutoQuotes?

Unfortunately there seems to be a greater push to have Revit tools, it is the relevent design software, but maintaining CAD blocks for equipment helps ensure a quick and efficient layout to land a sale. I wish there were more manufactures that supported this aspect of AQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AutoQuotes solving and how is that benefiting you?

AQ App allows me to answer quick coordination questions in the field to expedite construction. I am also able to provide quotes when traveling, as well as answer questions and send reports, invoices, ect. Allowing for better communication throughout the design build process.
