Capturing data at time of service that we were collecting afterwards. It is helping start the billing process sooner which increases payment.

There are many things I like about your platform, but specificly I like how WhatsApp ChatBot can helps business in term digitalizing thier messaging flow through whatsApp.

Autonom8 helps me solve communication challenges by using WhatsApp chatbots to easily connect with customers. This benefits me by streamlining customer interactions, improving response times, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

It is a easy to use solution which can be easily integrated with the existing flow. Easy and quick to implement and very prompt response from Bala.

Further development was required for our specific use case.

**What do you like best about Autonom8?**

They listen to the problem, understand, brainstorm and develop ideas. Even if they cannot get the right solution in one go, they will work together to create a better output. They are very flexible in trying out various new things, open for new ideas and doing many hits and trials. They have a highly efficient platform and team.

**What do you dislike about Autonom8?**

There is less documentation that can be handy for multiple people and futuristic purposes. As they are a startup, the official and formal teams doing respective and specific tasks are sometimes missing.

**What problems is Autonom8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves multiple problems for us - we have used them for customer onboarding, basically for our loan origination system, customer app, field agent app, customer chatbot - onboarding, sales support and overall general support. All these things it is helping us to improve our agent's efficiency, smooth our customer onboarding journey, reduce dropouts, and provide omnichannel service.  We keep experimenting and doing A/B testing with the platform to improve efficiency. With the platform, we can also integrate smoothly into various 3rd party sources, transfer data, digest and analyze data for reporting and use all the other internal and external options available to further strengthen our process and workflows.  
We have already built multiple lending products on the platform - long-term loans, short-term loans, working capital loans, asset purchase loans, loans against property, bill discounting, lines of credit, and secured, semi-secured and unsecured loans.
We have also started using the platform as a collection management system, which is used by our call center and field officers. 
There are various other workflows we have built to support the different activities done by many teams.

**What do you like best about Autonom8?**

We are thoroughly impressed with the capabilities of their chatbot product through A8 platform. Its ability to understand and respond to complex queries has exceeded our expectations and made a significant impact on our business.

**What do you dislike about Autonom8?**

Chatbots are unable to provide the same level of personalized service as a human customer service representative. This could lead to customers feeling disconnected or unsatisfied with their experience. However A8 platform offers handing off to human, which we haven't used.

**What problems is Autonom8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A8 platform gave us capabilities to address customer queries both static and contextual using NLP. Helped a lot in reducing human efforts in answering queries, shorter time for query resolution and this client delight.

**What do you like best about Autonom8?**

We are a 100 people Fintech company. We have automated our multiple processes such as Loan Origination, Collections etc using the Autonom8 platform. Some of the best features are as follows
1. BPM process modeler.
2. Easy and Intuitive form designer. 
3. Any change can be replicated across platforms such as web and mobile(Android & iOS). Generally, people have to make separate changes for Web and native mobile apps for android and iOS.
4. The mobile app upgrades are seamless without interrupting users.  This is a big plus of the platform as pushing upgrades to hundreds of users is a herculean task with other platforms or standalone applications. 
5. We scan thousands of images daily. The OCR for KYC IDs works with 98-99% accuracy. It even captures blur images as well.
6. The servers easily support thousands of requests per sec so the application is pretty fast.
7. After initial development by the Autonom8 team, now my in-house team also can make changes to the system.  
8. Any developer having basic Javascript knowledge can easily work on the system so the resources can be hired at a very low cost. This reduces overall IT cost.  
9. Time to market is very fast. Even the business user does not expect that IT can deliver changes so fast.
10. The system has an excellent audit trail feature.  This will help in satisfying compliance requirements.

**What do you dislike about Autonom8?**

As such there are no dislikes but certain features can be made more robust.
1. Version Control can be better.
2. Ease of building and displaying MIS

**What problems is Autonom8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to automate our Loan Origination Process as in our business that is the most complex process. The case flows to multiple departments and external parties for various checks. The forms are very complicated. We capture around 2000 data points. The business logic is also very complicated.  The case volumes are also very high. We build everything from scratch in just 3 months. It's a very robust and cost-efficient solution.

**What do you like best about Autonom8?**

It was an amazing experience working with Autonom8 through the development process and post-production. The team was open to new suggestions (and we had a lot!) and the problem-solving process was participatory. The Autonom8 team also had a good grasp on the tech they were using and were keen on enabling the business however possible.  There were a lot of inputs from the team on how to approach and solve the issues at hand and make the system better. There was a defined delivery plan and they mostly delivered on time, as promised.

**What do you dislike about Autonom8?**

The platform was in its infancy when we started our engagement and some required features had a dependency on the underlying platform. This was sorted later once the platform itself matured and we had quicker deployments.

**Recommendations to others considering Autonom8:**

The Autonom8 platform is an ideal choice if you are looking to automate your customer journeys. It is flexible and can be quickly deployed if you have your requirements ready. Their team is a delight to work with.

**What problems is Autonom8 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autonom8 was helping us to automate a customer journey related to vehicle loans. Being a highly competitive market, the turnaround time from application to loan sanction was critical. Any delay in loan sanction, the customer will go to the competition. Autonom8 helped reduce the turnaround time significantly, resulting in higher business volumes and increased customer delight.

What I like best about Autonom8 is that they help clients in Healthcare and Financial Industries modernize their processes. They have been able to save over 40% in cost savings, converting about 50% more applications

There is nothing I dislike about their service. They are a highly engaged and responsive team. They work with you on the solutions to get systems up and running promptly.
