I've come from a completely non CAD/PLM background, and I've been able to get up to speed with the way Upchain works quite quickly. Support has been massively improved in the last few months, and the speed in which developments/improvements are delivered is good. Feedback is taken on board and acted upon. I've dealt with similar sized companies in different fields who didn't take feedback onboard and just issued platitudes, but Upchain acknowledge that the system can always be improved.
