# How can I find more information on creating and processing an Engineering Change Notice (ECN) in Upchain?

As part of preparing to roll out the Upchain PLM to the general user base, we're in the process of generating in-house orientation training.  There will be a subset of users responsible for releasing engineering changes and this section of training could use some more information in the area of ECN  processing.

Upchain comes with an Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) ECN workflow and as a tenant, you would have the rights and capabilities to configure or create your own workflows without needing to do any hard-coding. Upchain has several resources a user can reference such as the Upchain Academy, Help Center Documentation, Agent Support, Upchain Community forum and the Release notes.
