**What do you like best about Autocab Dispatch System?**

It is the most complete and professional system I have used in my 15 years of working career. It helps to automate most tasks and is in great detail. The best feature, in my view, is the accountability aspect since it records everything one thousand time every second.

**What do you dislike about Autocab Dispatch System?**

It is not easy to master since it is a very complex system. The legacy application was more user-friendly as compared to the new web-based system which is more suitable to be used with a mouse.

**What problems is Autocab Dispatch System solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us reduce human errors, as it is impossible for a human being to process more than a thousand orders per hour. The system selects the most suitable driver and then sends the job without any human interaction
