It does take some time to learn where everything is, but no more time than it takes to learn how to fill out actual paper paperwork. Once you get the hang of it, AutoAction can save you tons of time by speeding up necessary paperwork relating to a sale. Plus my hand feels better by not having to write everything down! **What do you dislike about AutoAction?** The order of items on the form doesn't exactly match the paperwork that I'm familiar with, so muscle memory can screw you up unless you really watch which box you're filling out. **Recommendations to others considering AutoAction:** Go for it! It's a great program! **What problems is AutoAction solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major problem that AutoAction is helping us with is that most of younger dealers have never lived in a world of actual "paper" paperwork and wouldn;t know what to do with a paper form if it sat up and bit them.
