What I like best is earlier warning on developing issues, with enough context that we can schedule work while the machine is still running instead of waiting for a hard failure. That has made weekly planning more realistic and cut how often we scramble after a stop. **What do you dislike about Augury?** Coverage still needs to be prioritised. You can’t bring every secondary asset online all at once, so the biggest gains come when you deliberately focus on the machines that cause the most pain when they fail. Follow-through matters just as much—alerts only help if they turn into work orders in time. **What problems is Augury solving and how is that benefiting you?** Too much of our week was reactive: something failed, production slipped, and the team stayed late to recover. That clear connection from detection to recommended action makes it especially valuable for keeping production reliable and reducing unplanned downtime. **What do you dislike about Augury?** The main downside is that Augury can require a meaningful upfront commitment: sensor deployment, integration with existing maintenance systems, and team training can take time and may be difficult to justify for smaller operations or lower-criticality assets.
