We felt these two were of the highest impact and can be used in multiple use cases of AR experiences. **What do you dislike about Augmented Reality SDK?** As per the current state, Wikitude is growing and adding features rapidly and sometimes the usage is not as smooth as expected. There were few issues while we were experimenting with 3D Object tracking but it got resolved via customer support. **What problems is Augmented Reality SDK solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used this for identifying a solution for a client who is looking to develop approach to track the safety measures and equipments at a Factory for PU&R company . We were trying to see if the workers in the factory are following safety rules such as wearing helmets, utility proper tools, etc and this SDK worked fine for this use case. ### 2. The customer support is excellent and we were able to implement features such as flashlight support for Android/iOS apps which Unity also doesn't support. **What do you dislike about Augmented Reality SDK?** A new feature named 'detection using 3d object targets' is released for multiple object tracking, but it gives issues when trying to load with multiple object targets. We have asked the Wikitude customer support for help too. The pricing is also expensive for a yearly trial. **What problems is Augmented Reality SDK solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using the Augmented Reality SDK to develop an Android/iOS app for multiple object tracking so that sea port operators can identify the parts during maintenance. The benefits include we are able to detect objects even during poor lighting conditions as the SDK makes point cloud for tracking instead of depending on feature extraction based on image pixels. Its easy to use and with basic Unity knowledge one can make the app from scratch. ### 9. We developed an object-tracking mobile application.
