Digital Recruiter Reviews & Product Details

Digital Recruiter is Asymbl's pre-built digital recruiter, designed to perform a defined set of recruiting jobs to be done inside the systems where your team already works. It is not a chatbot or an automation add-on. It is a digital teammate with a role, a set of KPIs, and structured handoffs to human recruiters at the moments where human judgment is required. Built on Salesforce Agentforce and powered by Asymbl Intelligence, Digital Recruiter perceives, plans, and executes recruiting workflows inside Recruiter Suite with voice capabilities. It handles sourcing outreach, candidate screening, and interview scheduling at the speed and scale human teams cannot match manually, while every action it takes remains visible, auditable, and governed within the Salesforce environment your team operates in. What separates Digital Recruiter from generic AI tools is the intelligence layer it operates on. Because it runs on Asymbl Intelligence, it does not act on field-level data alone. It evaluates candidates across the full depth of your platform's institutional knowledge, including pipeline history, interview feedback, and assignment outcomes, and makes decisions that reflect what your best recruiters would do with that information. Teams that have built on Asymbl Skills are already on the same Agentforce layer Digital Recruiter operates on. Expanding to the Digital Recruiter is not a rebuild. It is the next step on a foundation they have already configured and proven. Key capabilities include: Sourcing outreach at scale with personalized, contextually relevant candidate communications Candidate screening against structured criteria and Asymbl Intelligence signals Interview scheduling and logistics coordination without recruiter involvement Voice capabilities for natural interaction within recruiting workflows Structured human handoffs at decision points that require recruiter judgment Full auditability within Salesforce with complete interaction logs and governance controls Built on Asymbl Intelligence for placement-quality decisions, not keyword matching
