It has most of the features that any PM tool would have. The newwly released Project Chat and 1-on-1 chat feature is the game changer. The best part about this tool is that the founders listen to the feedback and is actively being supported and new features being added each month. Any good software is definitely about features it offers but even great when you see the founders directly engaging with users. **What do you dislike about Astravue?** Nothing to dislike: The promoter are actively engaged with the community. I wish if they are able to ship features faster. **What problems is Astravue solving and how is that benefiting you?** The life time value of product is a great ROI for the features it offers. It solve the major issue of organizing and collobrating with the team. Ability to create tasks / assign / and govern along with task comments is a great way to keep things rolling. Since the introduction of Project Chat and 1-on-1 feature, it is now a comprehensive Project Management and Client Interaction tool. So it like MS Proejct and Microsoft Teams collaboration like tool in a single place. ### 2. The dashboard is truly impressive—it's the kind of tool any entrepreneur would appreciate, offering exactly what you need to focus on priorities, quickly address urgent issues, and rearrange tasks efficiently. I would definitely recommend it. I use Astravue every day, and so far, it has taken me less than five minutes to set up and implement in any organization. We can change the areas we need to but actually don't have to figure out how every section should look, as the existing templates work really well. As a small but rapidly growing business, we needed to have a way to save, connect and share information, as well as develop processes that can easily be repeated and Astravue is really good for this. We have tried 3 or 4 other systems before this one and they just all felt so complicated, so this is a breath of fresh air. I also really like how helpful and quick to respond the team are, that has been amazing in a world full of chat bots blocking your ability to speak to a person and get an answer or help! **What do you dislike about Astravue?** the one thing I am really missing is a list view of tasks that my whole team are working on, if I haven't created them. This is available but only through the calendar view - which isn't bad as I can see at a glance what is on track or over due but a list where I can see what is in progress and get a sense of how much they each have, would be really useful. I have mentioned this to the development team and they have said they will explore it, so hopefully it will be there soon. **What problems is Astravue solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a CRM, project management system and a way to communicate away from emails and whatspp. We are slowly using the messaging tool but I think once we have the app, that will be used a lot. ### 5.
