The best part about this tool is that the founders listen to the feedback and is actively being supported and new features being added each month.

Astravue has significantly improved the way we manage and track our translation projects. The platform gives us complete visibility across projects, making coordination smooth and effortless. What really stood out for us was how the platform supports human-led workflows with the right level of automation. Our in-house linguists can clearly mark when files are ready for translation and optionally record effort details, which brings transparency and accountability into the workflow.

Astravue also went a step further by allowing us to add external stakeholders, including our clients, as guests. This gives them real-time visibility into project progress. Astravue has made it incredibly easy for me to complete my daily reviews thanks to its straightforward Kanban board-style interface. The dashboard is truly impressive—it's the kind of tool any entrepreneur would appreciate, offering exactly what you need to focus on priorities, quickly address urgent issues, and rearrange tasks efficiently. I would definitely recommend it. I use Astravue every day, and so far, it has taken me less than five minutes to set up and implement in any organization. It feels uncomplicated and simple. We can change the areas we need to but actually don't have to figure out how every section should look, as the existing templates work really well.

As a small but rapidly growing business, we needed to have a way to save, connect and share information, as well as develop processes that can easily be repeated and Astravue is really good for this.

We have tried 3 or 4 other systems before this one and they just all felt so complicated, so this is a breath of fresh air.

the one thing I am really missing is a list view of tasks that my whole team are working on, if I haven't created them. This is available but only through the calendar view - which isn't bad as I can see at a glance what is on track or over due but a list where I can see what is in progress and get a sense of how much they each have, would be really useful. The website design is wonderful with limited tabs and buttons. I have been working as a Business Analyst from the past 10 years and I have used multiple project management software. It has always been a pain with unlimited unnecessary options and I feel astravue has solved it. With simplified structure and tuned out use cases, astravue is a time saver. This can be used in our personal life as well yo plan day to day tasks and goals in life which is amazing.
