Honestly, it was the team. We had a big deal waiting on our security audit, and once we'd fixed the findings and asked for a rescan, Akash got the security engineers to prioritise it. Both our web app and our cloud setup were rescanned and the certificate was in our hands within about a day, well before the original ETA. The dashboard made the whole loop easy: we could see every finding, leave comments on what we'd fixed, and trigger rescans ourselves. And when we moved our app to a new domain, they updated the certificate the same day. We ended up with an A+ grade, which has been really useful in customer security reviews. Not much, to be honest. The one thing to know going in is that rescans run on a queue, so the turnaround depends on the queue rather than on how many issues you have left. When you're down to the last few fixes and a deal is waiting, that can feel slow. Nothing major, but one report related issue is worth flagging: the layout/fields on the Executive Summary and Full reports have changed a bit over time, so we've had to sometimes tweak these reports since we provide them to our customers, and in order to keep them consistent with what we'd shared before. For example, we used to be able to generate a plain vulnerability table without links back to the Astra platform — that no longer seems possible, and now the links are included by default. I like Astra Pentest because it's user-friendly and has a lot of features, which makes security management a bit easier despite its complexity. I don't think there are any areas that really need to be improved. Maybe the only thing which could be a nice addition is integrating Microsoft Teams. Currently, there is an integration with Slack, but for organizations using Microsoft Teams, it would be nice to have that option too.
