Communication is completely streamlined through Aspire. We're able to set clear search parameters for finding the right creators for our campaigns and also manage them seamlessly, even between multiple users. Further, Aspire's Customer Success Managers are stellar. Our CSM Claire Lowe is not only personable and a joy to work with, but she is always availble to support us at any time. She has also always taken any cricitcal feedback to the next level for addiontal feature requests, and continued to train us on new features and tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Aspire? While Aspire has an extensive user base in terms of creators using the platform if an influencer is not already on Aspire it can be challenging getting through to them. Unfortunately, I'm unsure how this could be remedied. Also, the content approval can be a bit tediious especially with all the updates to social media platforms, but I know Aspire is working on API issues to improve this expereience. Recommendations to others considering Aspire: Consider the amount of time you've spent trying to find the right influencers for your brand, based on their niche, reach, audience, engagement, and content type, and imagine that being streamlined in one large campaign-based inbox. In this way, Aspire has solved many of the pain points that faced our influencer marketing program, and the customer success managers helped build our confidence in executing successful campaigns! Communication with creators, campaign management, and pulling analytics for higher-level reporting are all ways Aspire has improved our Influencer Marketing program. My favorite Aspire feature is the creator search. Being able to reverse search for similar images is a GAME CHANGER and allows us to find the influencers that can create the type of content we are looking for. I think that the Elevate program in particular has a ways to go in terms of functionality. What will be their new platform is definitely a bit more clunky and manual than Create, in my opinion. When we find creators that we find to be mutually beneficial, it creates more of a trust with our brand in general. Aspire has allowed our small team to streamline influencer campaigns and keep track of every step of the process so easily. We've been able to do one-off campaigns to a full-blown ambassador program. I think the Elevate product has so much potential but could use some more features like Create and automation of creator payments. Recommendations to others considering Aspire: I've been using Aspire for about 4 years at 2 different companies, I love this product so much I brought it with me to my current company. Not only has Aspire helped us streamline all of our influencer programs but they have the best team! They are so receptive to our feedback and are so quick to help if we run into any issues. We were able to bring in our influencer program in-house and reduce the cost of the program while still being able to scale it compared to when an agency was running the program. We also are able to build more personal relationships with influencers since we are the ones communicating them which in turn has helped improve the content we receive from them. The Aspire platform has helped our team communicate with influencers and manage campaigns in a streamlined way. Being able to set up contracts and fulfill payments directly through the platform is the biggest time saver for us. Their customer support team is always helpful and happy to receive feedback on ways they can improve, so I anticipate only more great things to come as they continue to develop the platform. We have experienced some concerns with the Aspire analytics tool, which I was able to discuss with our rep, and I am looking forward to seeing improvements there. The Aspire platform has helped us in countless ways to scale our influencer marketing program and even launch an ambassador program. We were able to scale our program because Aspire allowed us to source influencers within our footprint quicker, automate responses, and easily reference usage rights amongst thousands of curated images. Very few partners have this!! Great. — outbound tool with Gmail sync is very good for response rates — can find ppl that are mentioning us - Market place solution (influencers apply to US, instead of the other way around) - Affiliate solution with customized landing page (neat to send to creators thats reaching out to us) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Finding 200 influencers in Germany based on audience data and e-mailing them manually would approx take 60-80 hours. With AspireIQ I am able to research them and reach out to them from our own email address (not AspireIQs) within basically an hour. I also find it being a complete tool, not just to handle influencers, but also handle agreements, payouts, results tracking, content gathering. The insane amount of hours spent is very valuable. The platform gave a great solution for quickly delivering content to clients. Working in the winter sports space, we were able to deliver content, through our athletes, during our off-season when it's usually a challenge. We signed a new client during the offseason that was concerned about a slow start on delivering but this platform helped us quickly loop in a bunch of athletes to get campaigns rolling immediately. A lot of customer service work is needed with the Aspire team. They are very quick to respond and incredibly helpful but would prefer if we didn't need to engage customer service as often for fixes.
