You can add or remove "modules" from a campaign to get the program flow set up the way you want it. Processing payment is super easy with an ACH transfer and then pay out via Paypal. We use Aspire to identify influencers, recruit them, manage our influencer campaigns, track campaign performance, and process influencer payments. Aspire makes everything you could need in an influencer platform at your fingertips. Overseeing our influencer program, I admire everything I need being in one place, such as communication, payment, and venting through influencers. Favorite features include being able to organize campaigns and seeing influencer analytics. Overall, Aspire makes our influencer program seem significant, and we've loved the talent we've worked with. Another bonus is having one of the best reps on our account to be able to answer any questions or provide tips on how we can maximize the tool to our advantage. "Aspire is a great way to automate the world of influencer relations!" 4.5/5 What do you like best about Aspire? We chose to aspire to automate the influencer marketing process. I love how convenient it is to keep all documents in one location and have a pool of creators in one central space. It is beneficial to have one platform that can automate influencer relations from the beginning to the end of the process. From collecting documents that outline deliverables to gathering mailing addresses and to seeing metrics - aspire makes it easy to find everything in one spot. It's not something that I dislike, however I would love to have more of a screening feature for content creators. We get a lot of applications and it can be hard to narrow it down unless you look through every individual applicant - having a screening feature as the first step of the application process would be cool. It takes a significant amount of time to research influencers on the instagram space - and after you find them it is a lot of back and forth to coordinate. I love that Aspire makes it simple and streamlined to keep track of all my ongoing influencer partnerships in one place, with all details and steps completed clearly laid out to keep me organized. Since using Aspire, I've been able to work with more influencers for our current collection than ever before with less effort, freeing up more time for me to work on other aspects of my role. I also love the creator search and how I can quickly see analytics of each creator to determine their fit with our campaigns, allowing me to feel confident in selections. One major issue we've had is the inability to integrate both a U.S. and a Canada Shopify account, limiting our product send feature and sales tracking to only one of these countries. I've been told they are working on this, and once it's complete it will be extremely beneficial for us as a company that works for with both Canadian and US influencers. My favorite part of Aspire is that everything is conveniently in one spot. I don't have things crowding up my work email and can keep all my influencer information in one location. As an over-planner, I love that everyone gets sorted into categories making the workflow is easily navigatable and organized. I also love the analytics that comes with each campaign. The least helpful part of Aspire is that there isn't a discrete way to pass creators and get them out of the incoming applications without them knowing about it. I am not particular about declining influencers because they get notified about it. I don't want to hurt their self-image because they don't necessarily match who we are looking for for the campaign. Because of this, they sit in the applications section, which crowds the folder and makes finding other creators a bit more complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. One problem that we are solving with Aspire is that we are sending too much free product without getting much back in return regarding sales. We found this through looking at the sales tracking data that Aspire provides and seeing how our coupons are doing with influencers. We are switching our influencer marketing focus and beginning to utilize Aspire Elevate to start our new influencer affiliate program to encourage more sales. If you have a question, you can reach out to any member of their team! They really try their best to help you expand your program to the fullest degree, and will be there to help throughout. On top of the blogs, articles, and FAQs they have available, they hold seminars to prep for future campaigns, seasonal or a new goal. As for the platform, they have an easy onboarding process for new influencers, and creators are put into specific buckets. It's easy to create a new campaign and find new creators! It happens every so often, but nothing that cant be fixed by their team. Sometimes the buckets influencers get added to causes for them to get lost and not found later on.
