Downsides of Aspire is that it does not penalize creators for not submitting content or ghosting a brand. I do wish they had more UGC creator specific features like Trend or Cohley. Aspire has helped our team run effectively, we use it every day in our team and it does it all! We can search, filter, tag influencers, outreach, on-board, send briefs, track campaigns and content, and pay creators all in one place. Aspire has allowed us to scale our influencer program without the addition of new team members. It saves us so much time and we are able to continue to grow! The support team and account executives are incredible and are always willing to help and ease the onboarding and navigation of the software. They are quick to get back to us about any concerns and help us find a solution. Our account executive helps us brainstorm and find creators that fit our program and also helps us set goals and track them quarter to quarter. You can tell that the team cares about the success of their partners. One of our favorite features is Aspire's creator search and creator metrics. What do you dislike about Aspire? Our influencer program is a bit unique so one of our biggest challenges was having specific data being collected. Although the reporting did not include some of the data points we needed, their support team was able to create a unique tracking form for us to use to solve the issue for us. By using brand pillars, I can create variances from one to another. I love how our rep is intuitive and wants to understand what we are looking for as she has been able to assist in the process of how to get creator attention. As we have added brands, removed brands, and adjust who is handling our influencers, our Aspire rep has been there to guide and lead the new driver to the proper areas. Always staying in contact. Aspire has a user-friendly interface that allows me to manage my influencer relationships all in one place. No more multiple spreadsheets to track partner information, products they have, deliverables we've agreed to, content fulfilled, or metrics. It's all there through the platform! They're so responsive, though, and are quick to support! I also have some features I'd like to see, such as a "dashboard" page for each partner to view their relationship's progress, and the Aspire team is great about listening to and working toward implementing suggestions. I can do it all in Aspire: find new partners, reach out to them, create terms, track deliverables, download their content, and report to my team on ROI.
