Aspect Reviews & Product Details

Aspect is shared cloud storage and an all-in-one media collaboration platform for creative agencies, post-production houses, and enterprise content teams. Stream large media files into your existing editing tools, keep distributed teams working from one shared file space, and manage AI search, review, approval, and delivery without juggling disconnected platforms. -- Edit large files without waiting for full downloads-- Mount projects as a drive in Finder or File Explorer and work in tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro. Aspect streams the bytes your application needs on demand, with intelligent prefetching and configurable local caching. Pin files and folders for offline work and mount multiple projects at once. -- Keep on-site and remote teams on the same files -- Editors, producers, and external collaborators work from a shared media library instead of passing copies between storage and transfer tools. Control access at the workspace, project, folder, and asset level, and give guests access only to the projects or folders they need. -- Find the right footage with AI -- Search in natural language, automatically populate custom metadata, and generate transcripts in more than 160 languages. Reference-based facial recognition and custom-object detection help teams organize and retrieve the people and content that matter to them. -- Review and approve without losing context -- Keep feedback attached to the work with timestamped comments, annotations, replies, notifications, and version stacks. A Premiere Pro panel brings comments into the editing timeline. -- Share and deliver with your branding -- Present curated collections without reorganizing your folders. Share files, folders, and projects with granular permissions, and protect branded collection links with passwords and expiry dates. -- Support enterprise and hybrid workflows -- Enterprise options include SSO/SAML, audit logging, project snapshots for point-in-time recovery, existing S3-compatible storage, on-site shared caching, and cold storage. Shared caching lets office teams reuse locally cached media rather than repeatedly pulling the same data from the cloud. -- Get help moving your workflow -- Aspect supports teams with migration, setup, training, and ongoing support, bringing storage, editing access, asset management, review, and delivery into one platform.
